In 2004, I first began breeding Oriental Frills. My father, a renowned pigeon racer with a successful track record, acquired several Frills as droppers for his loft. He offered them to me after deciding he no longer needed them. I started raising and breeding my Frills. They’ve really grown on me over the years as I discovered early on just how much I enjoy interacting with them.
My Frills are known by many names… the Classic – Old Fashioned – Old Style Oriental Frills, aka the Hünkari: the bird of the Sultans in its native land of Turkey displaying white spots on the tail known as the “Seal of Sultan”.

When I am not monkeying around with my birds, I am an avid hunter and fisherman. I enjoy exploring the wilderness every chance I get. But on the other hand, I find it very rewarding bonding with my dogs and taking them on long hikes through the woods.
